DIGITAL BUSINESS

Original Start-Up Design

As part of a strategic digital innovation project, I co-led the development of this start-up, a forward-thinking digital business concept designed to integrate cutting-edge technologies into marketing, sales, CRM, and internal operations. Our team built a scalable business model from the ground up, incorporating Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and social media technologies to drive both customer-facing and internal processes.

The project included a comprehensive business model design covering key components such as value proposition, customer segmentation, revenue streams, ICT infrastructure, and a competitive environment analysis. We also integrated responsible AI safeguards and sustainable business practices to ensure ethical and future-resilient growth.

Leveraging market research, app analysis, and competitor benchmarking, we identified strategic opportunities within the platform economy and designed a digital service that not only delivers user value but also aligns with evolving digital and environmental standards. This project demonstrated my ability to apply cross-functional thinking and lead within a team to bring innovative digital business ideas to life.

GreenWave Solutions: Driving Decarbonization in Fast Fashion

GreenWave Solutions (GS) is a B2B consulting firm pioneering sustainability in the fashion industry through its original, innovative SaaS platform, CarbonCompass. Designed specifically for UK-based fashion brands, GS empowers companies to take measurable action toward achieving net-zero carbon emissions by automating the tracking, reporting, and reduction of emissions across the entire value chain, from raw materials and manufacturing to transportation and retail.

The fashion industry currently contributes up to 10% of global carbon emissions, a figure projected to rise to 26% by 2050 without radical intervention (Appolloni et al., 2023). In the UK, fewer than 4% of fashion brands have published a climate target, and only five align with the Paris Agreement (Collective Fashion Justice, 2025). GreenWave Solutions addresses this critical gap by offering a data-driven, regulatory-ready platform that combines Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, and blockchain to ensure full carbon transparency and actionable insights.

CARBONCOMPASS

CarbonCompass goes beyond regulatory compliance. It enables brands to generate automated reports aligned with UK and EU standards (e.g., EPR, CSRD, GHG Protocol), reduce greenwashing risks, and enhance brand trust through traceable, verifiable emissions data.

The platform’s impact is driven by three core dimensions:

  • Business – Helping companies reduce compliance costs and strengthen long-term sustainability strategies and ESG performance.

  • Society – Enabling clients to visualise and reduce their environmental impact through measurable CO₂ emission reductions.

  • Technology – Powering sustainability management with a scalable, digital-first approach using AI, cloud infrastructure, and blockchain.
