Luxury Brand Development | Digital Marketing | Retail Launch
As Brand & Marketing Director for Main Street Mahjong, a luxury mahjong boutique and community destination in Chatham, MA, I played a central role in bringing the brand to life from the ground up. My work spanned brand identity, digital strategy, merchandising, and experiential marketing, including strategic partnerships with local small businesses and five-star resort partner Chatham Bars Inn. I developed the visual identity, cohesive brand language, and led omnichannel marketing across Instagram, TikTok, and email.
Within the first three weeks of opening, campaigns generated over 100K views, with engagement across reached accounts increasing by 420.4% and profile activity rising 763.6% month over month. In addition to producing high-performing visual and short-form content for social, web, and in-store use, I supported product curation, inventory, and storefront merchandising, and collaborated closely with vendors to execute a seamless launch. My role combined strategic brand leadership, creative execution, and data-driven optimization leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and platform insights to refine messaging, deepen engagement, and position Main Street Mahjong as a distinctive boutique destination in the heart of Chatham’s historic business district on Cape Cod.
