
Brand Strategy and Development | Strategic Marketing Challenge (3rd Place Winner)

I was challenged to develop an original, environmentally sustainable brand aligned with the University of Manchester’s sustainability agenda. Working as a young executive within a global brand team, I led the creation of a comprehensive brand strategy from concept to identity.
I defined a clear brand vision, mission, values, and personality, and conducted audience segmentation to establish a well-defined target market. I then crafted a compelling brand positioning grounded in purpose, emotional resonance, and eco-consciousness, ensuring alignment between strategy, sustainability, and consumer relevance. The final outcome included a fully designed brand identity, tone of voice, and visual storytelling. My team’s concept placed 3rd overall in a highly competitive cohort, demonstrating the strength of my strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to develop brands with impact.
