Warby Parker: Redesigning Fashion Through Global Expansion
This project was developed in response to the 2023 Hult Prize Challenge, which focused on Redesigning Fashion to build a more sustainable and inclusive industry. The brief asked participants to select a social enterprise and develop a strategy to expand its international impact. I chose Warby Parker, a U.S.-based eyewear brand known for its socially driven model of donating a pair of glasses for every pair sold.

I led the development of a market entry strategy to bring Warby Parker to the UK, a country with rising interest in ethical fashion and a strong appetite for sustainability. This required extensive market research, analysis of industry trends, and insights into consumer behavior to assess the fit and opportunity. I also evaluated potential challenges and identified how the brand could localize its message while staying true to its mission. This was a strategic, data-driven project that blended purpose with business, demonstrating my ability to apply marketing theory, research, and real-world insight to scale a social enterprise globally.
