PELOTON
Strategic Marketing Analysis: Peloton
For this project, I selected Peloton, a disruptive B2C brand that blends premium fitness hardware with immersive digital services. The brief challenged us to evaluate a company’s business model and marketing strategy in a chosen market and propose actionable recommendations for growth.
I conducted a comprehensive research analysis of Peloton’s current strategy in the U.S. market, applying relevant marketing theories and frameworks, including the 7Ps, value proposition design, and strategic decision-making models. This analysis explored Peloton’s key partners, channels, cost structure, and revenue streams, while assessing the firm’s strengths in branding, service innovation, and customer relationships.
Drawing on this research, I developed strategic recommendations to drive growth, ranging from bundling digital and hardware offerings, enhancing community engagement, and targeting international expansion.
This project showcased my ability to connect theory with practical insights, critically assess business strategies, and craft data-driven marketing solutions for a high-growth service brand.
